Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your reservation if your travel plans change. If you purchased a refundable price, the refund would be processed according to the cancellation and refund regulations associated with your booking. You must read the policies to understand the terms and circumstances of our cancellation and compensation policies. To cancel and receive a refund for your reservation, you must agree to our conditions.

If you have made a reservation with us, we urge that you read our cancellation policy for the same reasons. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will receive a full refund. However, you won't get a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.

Important items to remember

  • Cancellation requests will only be allowed if they are received by phone.
  • There will be no reimbursement if the booking is cancelled after making the reservation for more than 24 hours.
  • Most cancellations are not refundable; we cannot guarantee reimbursements after each booking cancellation.
  • However, you must cancel your arrangements by calling our customer service department. We exclusively handle phone cancellations for security reasons to minimize any discrepancies or delays.
  • Travel insurance, on the other hand, is started as soon as possible for reimbursement.

Any order may be refused or cancelled at our discretion. We may cancel any order(s) at our sole discretion:

  • If we suspect a fraudulent transaction
  • If we suspect a customer has engaged in a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use,
  • For any reason beyond our control, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
